Under the Personal Information Protection Act, <Capacity Korea>(‘www.capacitykorea.com’) has the following private policy to protect users’ privacy and rights and to handle their problems regarding personal information.

<Capacity Korea> will notify the revision of the Privacy Policy through a website notice (or an individual notice).

The policy will be effective August 8, 2019.

The personal information regarding consultation processing is retained and used for the purpose of use from the date of agreement to the date of problem-resolved on collection and utilization.

4. Matters on the provision of personal information to third parties
   • ① <Capacity Korea>(‘www.capacitykorea.com’) provides personal information to third parties only if they fall under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, including the consent of the information subject and special provisions of the law.
   • ② <Capacity Korea>(‘www.capacitykorea.com’) provides personal information to third parties as follows:

5. Personal information processing consignment
   • ① To facilitate the processing of personal information, <Capacity Korea> consigns the following personal information processing affairs:

- Content of Consignment : Consultation processing

- Retention Period : Destroyed after the problem-solving

• ② In accordance with Article 25 of the Personal Information Protection Act, when signing a consignment contract, <Capacity Korea> specifies matters concerning personal information handling, technical and administrative protection measures, limits on re-consignment, management and supervision of trustees, liabilities including damages in the contract and other documents, and supervises whether the trustee safely processes the personal information.
• ③ If the contents of consignment or trustees are changed, Capacity Korea will disclose them through the Privacy Policy without delay.

6. The rights, duties and users of the information subject and legal representative can exercise the following rights as personal information subject.
   • ① The information entity may exercise its right to access, correct, delete or suspend personal information of <Capacity Korea> at any time.
   • ② The rights exercise pursuant to Article 1 hereabove can be carried out in writing, e-mail, FAX, and sent to <Capacity Korea> in advance in accordance with Article 41 para 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and <Capacity Korea> will take action against this matter without delay.
   • ③ The rights exercise pursuant to Article 1 may be carried out through the legal representative of the information subject or the entrusted person. In this case, you must submit a letter of attorney according to the form No. 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act.
   • ④ Requests for the suspension of personal information access and processing may restrict the rights of the information subject according to Article 35 para 5 and Article 37 para 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
   • ⑤ The demand for correction omission of personal information cannot be demanded if the personal information is specified as the target of collection in other conditions.
   • ⑥ <Capacity Korea> checks whether it is the person or a legitimate agent who made the request, such as request for access to information subject rights, request for correction or omission, and request for suspension of processing.
